How to sign in, how to join, and answers to the questions we get asked most. Signing in takes an email address — we'll send you a link, whether you've joined already or you're signing up for the first time.

Step by step

  1. Type your email address.
  2. Press “Continue”.
  3. Open the email and press the button inside it.

Good to know

  • It doesn't matter whether you have joined yet. Type your address and we email whichever link you need — one to sign in, or one to start joining.
  • Each emailed sign-in link only works once. Next time you want to sign in, ask for a new email on this page — the old link will no longer work.
  • Nothing in your inbox after a minute or two? Check your junk mail, then ask for another link.
  • We send up to 5 links to the same address in 15 minutes. Past that, give it a few minutes rather than pressing again.

  2. Press “Email me a link”.
  3. Open the email and press “Confirm my email”.
  4. Fill in your details and your card, and you're a member.

Good to know

  • Membership is $31.50 a month. Nothing is charged until the last step.
  • Opening the emailed link takes you straight into setting up your membership. There is no extra sign-in step.
  • Already have an account? Pressing the button emails you a sign-in link instead. It never starts a second membership.
  • Invited by the winery? You don't need this page — press “Set up my membership” in that email and it takes you straight there. That link lasts two weeks.
  • The email can take a minute to arrive, and it sometimes lands in junk mail. We send up to 3 to the same address in 15 minutes, so wait a few minutes rather than pressing again.
